All pupils must be in possession of a valid provisional driving licence and meet the DVLA medical and eyesight requirments.
All lessons must be paid for in advance or on the day of the lesson. Late payments will incur a £10 administration fee and no subsequent
lessons will be carried out until monies owed are payed in full. All prepaid and block lessons to be used within 6 months of payment.
Pupils must be punctual for their lessons unless prior arrangements have been made with the instructor. If a pupil is late, the lesson time will be reduced accordingly.
At least 48 hours notice must be given for lesson cancellations otherwise the cost of the lesson will be payable in full by the pupil.
For all block booking, should a refunds be agreed, all refunds are refunded at the normally hourly rate.
The instructor cannot be held responsible for the postponement of any lesson as a result of heavy traffic, illness or mechanical fault with the training vehicle.
The instructor reserves the right to withdraw the training vehicle from the pupil's driving test if in their opinion the pupil is not up to test standards.
The instructor reserves the right to terminate lessons if the pupil is deemed unfit to drive due to ill health, or being under the influence of alchohol or drugs.
The instructor may refuse entry to the vehicle if a pupil is wearing soiled or muddy clothing or shoes.
